The Landing Page and Conversion team are responsible for building tools for advertisers to create their fancy interactive add-on and landing page for their ads. We aim to build excellent user experience products to drive advertisers' business growth. We are looking for strong frontend engineers who are excited to grow their business understanding, and build highly scalable and reliable excellent user experience products, partnering with cross functional teams, to achieve business success.
Responsibilities:
- Discover opportunities, technical pain points of the business, and develop general capabilities or customized capabilities to solve them
- Come up with new directions and build infrastructure and optimize the dev efficiency and quality, including but not limited: auto test solution, dev tools, component libraries, general service and technical platform etc.
- Regularly communicate with XFN teams and contribute to technical decisions on projects among the product.
- Manage project priorities, progress, and deliverables
- Collaborate with PM and R&D teams globally, in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical discipline, with 5+ years of related experience.
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, software design) and problem solving skills.
- Familiar with cross-platform tech stacks, such as React Native/Flutter, have related experience is better;
- Proficiency and experience working with Javascript ES5 or later, CSS and at least one frontend MV* framework such as React or Vue.
- Collaborative mindset, with solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Advertisement Technology is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity and ability to work with the back-end technologies and databases is a plus, but not required.
- Understanding concurrency, database, and message queue is a plus.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $194000 - $355000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
