Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Fraud & Claims Operations Representative in Fraud & Claims Management within Consumer, Small Business Banking. In this role, you will:Support team performance in identifying control failures in bank processes, procedures, customer, or colleague decisionsProvide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within fraud and claims functional areaPerform complex operational tasks, including review, verification, and identification of customer transactions to detect and prevent fraud, policy violations or resolve merchant disputes in order to mitigate and recover lossesProvide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staffInteract with fraud and claims functional area on a wide range of information as well as with external customersRequired Qualifications, US:
18+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services, Fraud, or Investigations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Military experience in personnel benefits management, processing military personnel orders or transitions, wartime readiness operations, human resources or military recruitingExperience working with military protocol and instructions, enlisted evaluations, officer/leadership reporting, and assistance with keeping military personnel combat-ready and effectiveCall center experienceCustomer service experienceExperience meeting customer service or customer satisfaction goalsAbility to provide strong customer service while actively listening and responding in an appropriate mannerMS Excel and Outlook experienceBilingual speaking & listening proficiency in Spanish/EnglishAbility to multitaskAbility to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find informationOutstanding problem solving and decision making skillsJob Expectations:Training Class begins on 02/05/2024 Training Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST, Monday to Friday for 5 weeksYou must attend every day of training; no absences allowed during this timeWork Schedule after training: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM CST, Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to SaturdayThis position offers a hybrid work schedule after 90 daysAbility to work any shift that falls within the Business Operating HoursRelocation assistance is not available for this positionVisa sponsorship is not available for this positionLocation:800 S Jordan Creek Pkwy West Des Moines, Iowa 50266Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
