This position provides electrical engineering tasks in support of GE Aerospace power conversion product line. The role collaborates with Programs, Business Development and Engineering teams to deliver and support custom logic, FPGA and other programmable devices related design, verification, validation, and modification tasks that meet functional, performance, quality and reliability, and customer requirements.

Design, implement and verify FPGA and CPLD based components for avionics power conversion applicationsResponsible for VHDL design using appropriate tools to perform design and simulation of the FPGAResponsible for requirements development and management in DOORs along with the preparation of appropriate DO-254 certification artifactsCreate and perform Verification using VHDL, Verilog, or System VerilogCreate hardware architecture definitionDesign for safety, testability, and manufacturabilitySupport board level FPGA integrationPresent FPGA for FAA SOI Audits per DO-254
Required Qualifications

The salary range for this position is 131,600 - 219,400 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan.
