Senior Financial Analyst - HR & People Tech Finance
We are seeking a motivated professional for a Senior Associate position on the Human Resources & People Tech Finance team. HR consists of LOB HR teams and Enterprise HR teams, while People Tech consists of HR Tech & Corp Tech. This role’s focus will start with focusing on LOB HR teams before growing into People Tech longer term. The associate will perform core FP&A duties for their organizations, including managing monthly processes & forecasts.
As a Senior Financial Analyst on the HR Finance team, you will also have the opportunity to build relationships with your key partners to become a strategic partner yourself, delivering insights that help them drive forward their agenda while ensuring they meet their financial commitments. What metrics can you form that will influence the way they look at their organization (recent examples being cost per hire, budget vs. hires made over time, etc.)? You will also be asked to challenge our current processes to be more proactive, effective and efficient.

Passion to learn and continuously develop traditional FP&A skills as well as technical skills.
Responsibilities will include: :
Deliver accurate, meaningful, and efficient financial forecasts and management reporting to help our partners deliver on their financial objectives.
Financial reporting and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, & financial reporting.
Business presentations: Assist in development of presentations to communicate ad-hoc analysis or monthly results for senior leadership audiences. Clearly articulate outcomes of analysis to leadership teams within Finance and HR orgs.
Ad-hoc requests and special projects.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 2 years experience in financial analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s Degree in Finance
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
3+ years’ experience in financial analysis
3+ years’ experience with financial modeling
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
