POSITION SUMMARY:
The Estee Lauder Companies' multibillion-dollar E-Commerce business is looking for a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial support and extensive analytics to the business. Reporting to the Manager of Finance, this role will work closely with leaders of Global Online to leverage data and deliver insights and analytics to support critical decision making.
Key areas of responsibilities include:
• Maintain and develop reporting to review and interpret monthly actualized performance and forward-looking estimates of operating expenses and capital investments. Summarize key comments, insights, and variances for Monthly Performance Review and other executive management meetings.
• Take ownership of monthly estimate submission process, including the tracking of accruals, prepaids, and investigation of vendor invoice coding.
• Support annual budget and long-range planning process by working closely with business partners to develop financial plans that support key business strategies and objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional business partners to understand and obtain relevant datasets, developing new methodologies for evaluating return on Online investments.
Challenge the status quo in a continuously evolving the ecommerce business, seek areas for process improvement, and drive towards excellence while supporting decision-making that is grounded in data, analytics and insights

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or another quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in Consumer products and/or retail industry, preferred
• Understanding of core accounting and finance concepts developed through education or through work experience.
Strong Excel spreadsheet experience including data analysis and experience building driver based financial models. Ability to collaborate and drive cross-functional consensus Be transformative, curious, entrepreneurial, forward-thinking, highly organized, analytical and detail oriented.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $71,000 to $106,000. Exact salary depends on several
factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on
geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a
highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance
and company results.
