　　Senior Financial Analyst - Commercial Treasury Management Finance

　　As a Financial Analyst, you will work for a company that invests in ways to tell stories, view trends, and diagnose results in a more compelling and visual nature. Financial Analysts perform financial data analysis in preparing Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements and frequently build reports for higher level associates; provide management and business clients with project statuses; perform reporting and analysis to support presentation and ad-hoc requests. This role will have a specific focus on Commercial Treasury Management. The associate will be directly responsible for forecasting, monitoring and reporting Deposit volume, headcount, salaries, and fee revenue. This role will allow for opportunities to lean into various projects and step into white space.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Financial reporting and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and Profit & Loss (P&L) managementCoordinate and collect input data from Financial Analysts in different departments, check data integrity, summarize and convert data, run models, verify, analyze, and communicate output dataCalculate the financial impacts of strategic decisions from business partnersBusiness presentations: Assist in development of presentations to communicate analysis results to senior audiences, clearly articulate outcomes of analysis to leadership teamsAd-hoc requests and special projectsIndependently manage and prioritize workloadPerform financial data analysis in preparing Profit & Loss or other statementsFrequently create reports for higher level associatesProvide management and business clients with project statusesPerform reporting and analysis to support presentation and ad-hoc requests

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree or military experienceAt least 1 year experience in financial analysisAt least 1 year experience with financial modeling

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master's Degree in FinanceChartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licenseAt least 2 years' experience in financial analysisAt least 2 years' experience with financial modelingAt least 1 year experience partnering with internal stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft OfficeSQL and Python skills

　　The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

　　New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $99,500 - $113,600 for Sr. Financial Analyst

　　Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

　　This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
