The Role
Asset Management Finance is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to develop and present proposals to launch new products and re-price / merge existing products with the various governance committees within Asset Management.
You will partner with colleagues in Product, Product Governance and Distribution to develop financial projections and presentations for the requests that are reviewed by the Asset Management Product Council, Asset Management Business Acceptance Committee, and/or Executive Steering Committees. Success will require an analytic, collaboration, comprehensive problem solving, independent thinking, and a curious mentality.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics with 5+ years of experience.Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with proven business and financial competence.Excellent communications skills and demonstrated ability to influence senior business leaders.You are a flexible, self-motivated teammate with a can-do attitude who brings energy, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity to the role.You thrive in a fast-paced organization, prioritize well under pressure, and take ownership and accountability for your work.Your project management skills help you drive simultaneous progress on multiple initiatives.You possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, end-to-end thinking, and apply these skills universally to your work.You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to analyze complex issues, synthesize key points, and efficiently communicate information in a concise manner appropriate for executive business decision making.Solid knowledge of financial tools (Excel, Essbase, PowerPoint, Ariba and Anaplan) and financial modeling.You are able to take initiative while seeking appropriate guidance
The Value You Deliver
Develop and present new product proposals to the Asset Management Product Council, AM BAC and Executive Steering Committees that include high impact financial analysis that reflect the opportunities and costs associated with each new product and pricing proposal.Measure the success of prior product proposals by measuring actual product flows vs new product proposal flow assumptions.Find opportunities to streamline work processes with other members of the team to improve overall team efficiency and effectiveness.Proactive partnership and communication with business partners about the status of all product proposals.Leverage tools and business knowledge to continuously provide insightful information, reporting and analytics that evolve with changes in the business.Ability to mentor and train junior analysts and interns as well as newer members to our teamKnowledge and ability to effectively utilize all tools to gather and validate data

Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity work location for at least one week, all business days, every four weeks. These requirements are subject to change.
Reminder: Per the Dynamic Working Policy, approved exceptions will be reviewed annually, or when the associate accepts a new role, whichever comes first.
