Summarized Purpose:
Performs complex financial analysis and creates accurate, transparent and timely reports and analytical tools to support leadership in the decision making process.
Key responsibilities:
Collects, analyzes and interprets complex financial and operating data for Suzhou lab business including productivity/utilization/backlog conversion, etc.Provides sophisticated financial analysis and recommendations through the creation and enhancement of decision tools, models, presentations, and dashboards to support business leadership decision making.Prepares reports and analyses in support of monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes and ongoing financial activities.Leads the forecasting and budgeting processes for Suzhou lab business.Provide routine/regular finance support to the Singapore central lab remotely.Collaborates with department, operational management and cross-functional teams to identify problems and develop solutions.Makes recommendations on system and process improvements to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).
