JOB SUMMARY
This job leads in providing support across Finance areas within Cloud operations, including but not limited to: Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Allocations and Supply Chain Management. The incumbent will be addressing and assisting with planning, scheduling, and execution of processes to support successful Oracle cloud operations. The incumbent will analyze, design, test and implement more complex systematic solutions to meet customer requirements that adhere to Highmark IT standards and policies. Senior Cloud Applications Analysts provide general support to maintain more complex applications that meet the service levels, system availability, performance and quality levels required by their customers. Mentoring and training other cloud analysts is a pivotal responsibility of this position.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implementing Cloud Finance Controls and Cloud Network Controls. Create, review, maintain, and governance artifacts. Knowledge of how to manage and govern cloud and Finance controls within public and hybrid cloud architecture.
Provide functional and operational support, incident management, software release and upgrade support and testing to the technical teams and business stakeholders as new business measures are introduced or tested. Provide time-sensitive support, includingoff-hours support for system maintenance, upgrades, and critical issues.Support multiple Finance projects, troubleshoot issues, and assist the Finance Manager on infrastructure related issues.
Create and maintain functional specifications, and system, integration and performance test plans that support the application. Lead and support all facets of system and integration testing. Maintain and support existing Finance governance already developed. Maintain Finance parameters once in production by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall end-user and system health. Experience with maintaining Oracle cloud Releases and Testing scenarios in multiple environments (DEV, UAT, PROD).
Identify, document, and clearly articulate to project management, leadership, and business stakeholders the Finance roadmap, design implications, constraints, issues, and risks. Provide expert Finance and enterprise governance knowledge and skill for Oracle and FAH/Finance related best practices development and adherence
Mentor and provide guidance and education to intermediate and junior team members.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain & Logistics, or related fieldSubstitutions

5 years in supporting integrations using ICS or another integration platform
3 years of Hands-on experience – demonstrated capabilities: Requirements gathering, Configuring integrations, Debugging system issues
3 years of working with any Cloud ERP SaaS/ERP systems for integration including: Oracle (preferred)

Well versed in data integrations in and out of Oracle Fusion, preferably using Oracle ICS

Pay Range Minimum:
$67,500.00
Pay Range Maximum:
$124,800.00
Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
