Summary:
Our Interiors Response Center (IRC) in the Philippines is looking for a qualified front line technical representative . This customer facing role acts as the interface between the customer and our product support engineering teams.Primary Responsibilities
Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Ensure all technical requests are documented and routed to the appropriate business unit.Troubleshoots technical inquiries received using available data.Compile and analyze repair data for reportingCommunicates customers' priorities and collaborate with business unit product support engineering for efficient resolution.Must be able to work irregular hours and shift schedules including holidays and weekendsAnalyzes and interprets general professional journals, technical procedures, and/or governmental regulationsAdheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
Basic Qualifications
Must be able to read and interpret drawings/3D modelsBasic understanding of aircraft interior components and layoutRead, write and fluently speak and understand the English languageRead and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specificationsWrite comprehensive reports, documents and correspondencePreferred Qualifications
