What you will be doing
To serve as the HR partner, employee champion, talent driver and change leader for the assigned client in the alignment of business and HR strategies and service delivery. Working with HR Shared Services and Centers Of Expertise (COE), the Senior HR Field Manager will manage and implement HR interventions, balancing the needs of the business with the overall global HR strategy.
Develop workforce plans and lead their implementationAdvise leaders on strategies to grow talent and develop technical capability pipelines for the business unitImplement organizational structures that improve individual and organizational performance (including mergers and acquisitions)Support implementation of standardized processes for the assigned business unitSupport change that enables the organization to thriveProvide consultation to leaders to deliver on their people goalsLead the implementation of standardized HR processes for the assigned business unitParticipate in the selection of candidates for senior positionsPartner with COEs to: drive performance management, learning and development and key HR processes developmentSupport succession planningManage change management planning and activitiesParticipate in the execution of Labor Relations strategies and the resolution of complex Labor Relations issues - under the leadership of Associate Relations COEPartner with training specialist to facilitate training as needed
What your background should look like
Normally requires a minimum of seven (7+) years of progressively related responsibility. Leadership experience of people or major projects outside business unit group. Experience should include serving at least three large organizational experiences:
