Responsibilities
Define Local Japan Enablement Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to implement a comprehensive enablement strategy for the region, aligning with the overall company objectives and goals. Prioritize efforts across Japan end to end team i with Country Lead. Execute enablement sessions in local language, customized to align with the local requirements. Ensure Local onboarding journeys and Skill up are kept up to date with clear ownership between enablement and unit manager responsibilities. Land Global Enablement programs to local audiences, orchestrating local business and cultural adjustments, programs execution, sessions, workshops and language verifications. Enablement plans will cover role holistic needs including Methodologies, Product and Tools and any other relevant topic. Execute Local Enablement Governance Model across stakeholders in the Japan Team end to end. Enablement requirements gathering: Identify training needs to improve the capabilities of team, aligned to career path framework. Ensure Enablement plans correspond to skill requirements for the different roles. Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with cross functional teams to ensure flawless coordination and alignment of enablement efforts across the organization. Metrics and Reporting: Use business key performance indicators as well as Enablement reporting to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management on the impact of the programs. Enablement Advocate: Ensure that Enablement is at the forefront of the country strategy, acting as a strategic business partner for executives. Will maintain and nurture an enablement champion community within each of the supporters functions to help execute enablement plans as well as to verify validity of enablement efforts. Liaise closely with the global Learning and Leadership development team to ensure alignment between all programs related to the skill development of all Japan Celonauts and leaders. Develop a joint strategy to rollout global programs in Japan and drive participation and engagement in global learning tools. Provide insights and meet with the team regularly to bring the Japan team into alignment on culture and leadership. Maintain Local Enablement Content Management repository Design and Execute Enablement Plans for Strategic Events for Japan ( Kick Off, Worldtour and Celosphere) Adjust enablement plans in each function to support shared employee’s career plans / aspirations Create Managers and ICs Coaching Framework
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus preferred (TBD) Shown experience (at least 4-5 years) in enablement, Business consulting , Solution Engineer or a similar role, with consistent track record of driving positive business outcomes. Extensive knowledge of Enablement methodologies, processes, and best practices or in depth Product and Value driven skills. Strong leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to empower and develop impactful teams. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels. Experience working with cross-functional teams and building collaborative relationships. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. SAAS sector experience in Consulting or Technical Sales or Technical Training/Enablement teams Native Japanese, Business level English Base in Japan- Tokyo
