Working with the Aramark Compensation team means touching the lives of all our employees ? from stadiums, to hospitals, schools, and more! The Senior Executive Compensation Analyst will work in our fast paced, vibrant environment to execute day-to-day administration of Aramark?s executive compensation and global equity plans. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work and network across functions, particularly with HR leadership for processes that impact the whole organization, such as year-end compensation! This position can be hybrid based out of Philadelphia, or remote.
Job Responsibilities
? Assist with the analysis and administration of executive compensation programs, annual and long-term incentive programs, and deferred compensation plans
? Prepare and process equity grants, cancellations, exercises and releases for all global eligible employees. Verify data prior to large vesting events to ensure appropriate taxation.
? Participate in the year-end compensation process, including proxy statement development.
? Assist in the preparation of compensation data for proxy disclosure and Compensation & HR Committee meetings
? Collaborate with external vendors (Fidelity & E*TRADE) on administration of global equity incentive plans, including global employee stock purchase plans (ESPP)
? Document duties in standard operating procedures and ensure internal controls are maintained
? In partnership with the Total Reward?s Communications team and the broader Compensation team, provide input and recommendations regarding employee communications, education materials and maintenance of internal portals
? Ensure that internal controls and procedures are followed to satisfy periodic review of compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley
? Provide data to Legal for purposes of reporting equity-related transactions under Section 16(b)
? Partner with various teams (Payroll, Legal, Financial Reporting, Tax, HR) on equity compensation-related tasks and objectives
? Run and maintain documentation of all processes related to equity administration, including ESPP administration
Qualifications
o Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or in Human Resources
o Minimum of 5 years of executive compensation experience and experience coordinating global equity plans at a publicly traded company
o Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Equity Professional (CEP) preferred
o Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail; strong analytical skills and ability to gather key insights from quantitative and qualitative data
o Strong written and graphical business presentation skills and ability to simplify and illustrate sophisticated concepts; strong verbal communication and influencing skills
o Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment; ability to work independently and in a team environment
o Self-directed with critical thinking ability; strong project management skills while balancing multiple projects or tasks concurrently
o Ability to anticipate internal or external business challenges and follow regulatory issues
o Discretion and sensitivity in the handling of confidential information
o Demonstrated resourcefulness in researching solutions and providing employee assistance
