Job Description Your Impact
This role will support 2 Finance VP’s in our CFO Organization
Responsibilities:
Experience in complex calendar management - Anticipate potential conflicts (i.e., schedule issues, critical meetings, location issues) and raise to address/resolve in advance whenever possibleCoordinate travel arrangements, including transportation, meetings, and lodgingPrepare and submit expense reportsProvide project and presentation support as neededOrganize and assist with events, including large and small employee events, offsite team meetings, and trainingAssist with management of the department budget, purchase order creation and invoice trackingManage team distribution lists, org charts. Support new hire onboarding Position Location: This position is based in our HQ-Santa Clara, CA
Travel Requirements: Minimal travel may be required
Qualifications Your Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) and 6-8 years Executive Administrative Assistant experienceProficiency in Google Suite and Slack applications is critical.Proven ability to always maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.Excellent writing and communication skills, experience executing communications plans is preferred.Exceptional organization, prioritization, multi-tasking and time management skills.A proactive and assertive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.Ability to solve problems and think quickly under pressure.Work effectively as a team player in a collaborative environment as well with EA peers and members of the greater organization.Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.Positive attitude and highly professional demeanor and a sense of humor are helpful. The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be between $97,400/yr to $157,500/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
