The Senior Executive Assistant to the Chairman/CEO and Chief Legal Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and support of the executive leadership team. This role involves providing high level administrative support, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and events, and serving as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Executive Assistant will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the executive leadership team and play a crucial role in enhancing their productivity.
Duties & Responsibilities
Efficiently manage the calendars of the Chairman/CEO and Chief Legal Officer, prioritizing appointments, meetings, and events to optimize their time.
Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, briefing documents, and ensuring timely distribution of materials.
Act as a primary point of contact, screening and prioritizing incoming communications, and responding on behalf of the executives when appropriate.
Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience.
Draft, edit, and proofread various documents, including emails, reports, presentations, and memos, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Handle expense reports and reimbursement processes for the executives, maintaining meticulous records of expenses.
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information and discussions.
Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects, including research, data analysis, and project management tasks.

Experience in calendar management and executive support
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience supporting C-suite executives
Experience in billing and expense systems
