  The ERP Techno Functional Analyst is a crucial role that requires a combination of technical and functional expertise. This individual will be responsible for project coordination, tracking, and control for assigned modules or systems within an enterprise-wide information system. They will manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis and resolution, should possess a solid understanding of enterprise-class IT development methodologies and demonstrate proficiency in business processes. They should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a strong team-oriented, goal-driven work ethic. This role requires collaborating with the business community and other IT team members in a dynamic and high-profile environment.

  What You Will Be Doing:

  Requires in-depth functional knowledge and experience in Oracle ERP systems / R12 / 11i or other ERP systems.

  Should have implementation experience of large ERP applications with emphasis on Finance modules, specifically Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, iReceivables, General Ledger, Cash Management and Subledger Accounting.

  The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in both technical and functional aspects of Oracle ERP systems. They should be capable of designing, developing, and implementing complex processes and integrating custom applications.

  On the functional side, they should have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Finance modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, iReceivables, General Ledger, Cash Management, and Subledger Accounting.

  On the technical side, they should be proficient in designing and customizing interfaces, reports, and extensions. They should also possess knowledge of software engineering practices and be able to work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues. Overall, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with various teams and ensuring the smooth running of ERP systems.

  Overall, the candidate should be able to coordinate and deliver technical components for projects throughout the software development life cycle, follow and enforce development guidelines and best practices, identify opportunities for adopting new technologies, and effectively manage multiple disciplines to successfully deliver initiatives. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with end users, business teams, vendor support, and internal support teams in order to gather requirements, understand customer needs, and ensure the smooth running of ERP applications systems.

  What We Are Looking For:

  Must have experience supporting implementations /R12/other ERP's

  Advanced knowledge and Demonstrated experience in the implementation and support of Oracle technologies including SQL, PL/SQL, SQL performance tuning, Oracle workflow, Oracle Applications Framework (OAF), XML Publisher, Forms & Reports and Custom PLL.

  Must possess strong skills in developing Interfaces, Reports and Extensions and customization utilizing Oracle best practice methodology.

  Experience in multiple Oracle EBS modules to includes: Account Receivables, Account Payables, iExpense, iReceivables, General Ledger, Order Management etc.

  Good knowledge in underlying ERP applications and database architecture

  Experience with iExpense, Vertex, Cybersource, Procurement cloud.

  Experience in working on Anaplan and Alteryx tools.

  Oracle Fusion is a plus.

  Experience / Education:

  At least 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.

  Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

  $94,800.00 - $148,500.00

  Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

  Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
