As a part of Wells Fargo's second line of defense and Independent Risk Management team, covers jobs responsible for oversight and strategic direction in addressing the organization's risks and managing the combined impact of those risks as an interrelated risk portfolio to achieve the company's objectives. Creates and implements the companywide risk management framework and works closely with various lines of business to identify all material types of risk. Develops, implements, and monitors enterprise risk-based governance programs.
In this role, you will:Coordinate implementation of core data elements in adherence with Foundational Risk Components (FRC) adoption standards, collaborating with application owners and risk program teams.Perform oversight by completing routine monitoring to confirm alignment with program standards.Support existing application owners and complete activities to onboard new applications and risk activities into the FRC program.Develop and provide subject-matter expertise on risk activities and applications within the FRC program, plus guidance on FRC usage in alignment with risk integration strategies.Participate in the design and execution of program enhancements, including process optimization and efficiency improvements to enable FRC program expansion.Develop concise materials & effective messaging to program stakeholders and senior leadership.Maintain a working knowledge of the Risk Management Framework, Foundational Risk Components Policy, Assessment Scales and Rating Terminology Methodology and other relevant documents.Required Qualifications, US:4+ years of Risk Management experience (includes Compliance, Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Audit, Legal, Credit Risk, Market Risk, IT Systems Security, Business Process Management) or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.Desired Qualifications:Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountabilityAbility to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationshipsAbility to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environmentAbility to create and improve processes through strategic thinkingAbility to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environmentAbility to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team membersJob Expectations:This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.Ability to travel up to X% of the time.Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.This position offers a hybrid work schedule.Posting End Date:
