Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team at Bell Canada. As a Sr. Enterprise Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative technological solutions to meet our company's complex business needs. You will also drive digital transformation initiatives, enabling us to stay at the forefront of the telecommunications industry. You will work to define and facilitate the transformation of Bell’s current architecture for the future required to meet organizational needs, goals, and strategic direction.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technology strategies that enhance our customers' and agent experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, user needs, analyze customer feedback, and develop enterprise-wide strategies for user engagement built upon optimal technical architectures.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable architectural designs.
• Develop and maintain architectural frameworks, models, and standards to guide technology strategy and decision-making.
• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide systems and applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and solutions, including those related to digital transformation, to enhance business operations and drive innovation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and development teams.
• Oversee the integration of new technologies, including cloud-based solutions, microservices, and data integration, into existing IT environments and infrastructure.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges, ensuring the security and stability of our systems.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect or a similar role in a large-scale organization, focusing on digital transformation.
• Strong expertise in enterprise-wide architecture design, including cloud-based solutions, microservices, and data integration.
• Business knowledge and acumen in the Customer Experience Management Domain with a strong technical background is mandatory
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in enterprise architecture and digital transformation.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
• Management consulting experience is considered an asset
