　　We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering Maturity stream. This stream is composed of different engineering squads that build and provide Atlassian's engineering rituals and the continuous verification practices that power engineering standards and practices, as well as the SDLC readiness expectations for assets such as services, codebases, and more. You will be building the flywheel that collects data and evidence, transforms, continuously verifies, and helps the Atlassian engineering team raise the bar. The Engineering Maturity stream is also a key contributor to the developer program, providing data, metrics and insights that help teams understand velocity, efficiency and impact.

　　Manage a team focused on developer productivity, engineering rituals, engineering maturity and standardisation. Ensure that the team is aligned with organisational goals.Hire and grow the team in multiple timezones, looking after people growth and impact.Develop and implement strategies to improve Atlassian's engineering maturity and standards.Provide coaching to team members to develop their skills and enhance their performance.Partner with leadership, team members and other departments to improve the software delivery process and increase operational efficiency.Operate services to ensure high availability and scalability.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

　　Experience driving operational and engineering excellence improvements across teams, setting and maintaining standards for engineering teams.Experience managing larger team sizes of 10- 18 individual contributorsExperience driving and executing complex multi quarter projectsStrong background in software engineeringIdeally experience in a platform team or SaaS company
