　　We're hiring a technical leader and people manager, with a background in building customer-facing enterprise-grade applications. You will own and build tooling by influencing Atlassian products to ensure that Atlassian's Customer Support capabilities are frictionless for external customers and effective for internal support engineers. As a hands-on engineering leader, you will contribute to the technical decisions, engineering and operational practices and bring in a continuous improvement mindset to build and deliver leading-edge solutions.

　　15+ years of experience with building large-scale and modern web software mixed IaaS, PaaS and SasS environment5+ years of driving company-wide engineering programs at similar sized SaaS companies5+ years of experience in leading large development teamsDriving clarity from single-line requirements and providing direction in ambiguous environmentsAbility to drive excellence, pushing innovation, quality, and operational excellenceA track record of strong execution and delivering resultsStrong communication skills (technical, non-technical audiences and senior leadership)

　　15+ years of software development management experience, managing team of 20+ engineersBachelor's or Master's degree with a preference for Computer Science degreeDemonstrated experience partnering with product managers and cross-functional stakeholdersExperience driving technical strategy of the teamKnowledge of Agile software development methodologiesDemonstrated experience mentoring and growing high performing engineering teams
