　　Job Description :

　　Responsible for the productivity and results of one or more Agile Teams within a value stream. Lead a team of developers and testers at all levels of experience through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle. Collaborate with Product and technical leaders to build a roadmap for your team and grow the team to execute that roadmap. Act as the point of contact for the L3 support and owning the resolution. Implement pragmatic engineering processes and policies. Execute the engineering hiring plan for the team, including screening and interviewing. Work within an Agile framework, with a focus on results over process. Ensure that your team is focused on a proper scope so that the team can finish work consistently and deliver results continuously. Reduce the complexity of system designs and team communication-coach and code reviews for team members. Help team members find and reach their potential. Build a positive team culture by recognizing achievements, holding regular 1-1 calls, etc. Will direct third-party contractors. Position is fixed and based in Parsippany, NJ office; However, telecommuting from a home office location is allowed.

　　Job Requirements :

　　Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a directly related field plus five (5) years of experience as a software developer, technical lead, or engineering manager.

　　Must have five (5) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

　　Experience with distributed systems. Experience coordinating with product stakeholders on both short-term and long-term problems and solutions. Experience leading application product teams in an agile technology services environment, including travel or payments industry. Experience leading teams and individuals and collaborating across level 1, 2, and 3 within technology departments to remove and reduce customer friction. Experience using DevOps tools, service platforms, or software tools to reduce legacy and technical debt. Experience with any or all the following, including Java, Agile, Confluence, Salesforce, JIRA, Rally, Splunk, and Service Now.

　　Must have two (2) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

　　Experience managing developers.

　　40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm
