Key Responsibilities:
Hold regular team project status reviews for individual projects. Update project metrics. Refocus
teams as necessary to ensure project requirements are met.
Supporting business case preparation for new NPI projects.
Participate in corrective action requests, root cause analysis, problem-solving teams as related to
issues affecting the project.
Project plan preparation and executing project as per plan.
Planning of assembly process and technologies for new products.
Layout planning.
Work with CFT to evaluate and implement optimum manufacturing process / technology with builtin safety, ease of manufacturability and competitive cost.
Interface, train, and provide technical support to production personnel for release of new products
and test procedures.
Education & Experience: The ideal candidate will have,
Total Experience in years: 7 - 8 Years experience in manufacturing process and project management
Graduation / Degree: BE Mechatronics / Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Background and Skills:
Project management hands on
SAP Basics
Knowledge in test station / SPM design, development, programming and Modification
Auto CADD with GD&T working knowledge is must to have.
Basics of assembly stations ergonomics.
Knowledge in cycle time study and line balancing.
VSM and lean manufacturing basics.
Exposure to product certifications
Highly self-motivated/resilient.
Good communication skills to collaborate with Management, peers and operators.
Continuous improvement mindset and actively support for CFT initiatives.
Flexible and results oriented.
Good team player and collaboration with CFT.
