Technical Operations/Maintenance
In Technical Operations, we lead the charge in maintaining and overhauling our aircraft. From skilled aircraft maintenance technicians to meticulous engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities teams, and supply chain experts, we form a dynamic team dedicated to excellence.
The salary for this position is $89,680 to $134,981, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.

Job Overview and Responsibilities
As a Senior Engineer- Customer Experience, you will dive into complex aircraft design, operation, maintenance, and performance challenges. Utilizing a structured, logical, and analytical approach, you will define maintenance programs, configuration criteria, and serviceability standards, ensuring safe and legal operations. Your role involves analyzing and implementing regulatory requirements, evaluating the impacts of modifications on reliability and performance, and justifying fleet decisions for efficient cost, asset utilization, quality, and reliability.
You will not just manage projects; you will author, design, test, and oversee them, providing on-site technical support and collaborating with customers and external organizations. Your responsibilities include developing sophisticated solutions, managing project implementations, and acquiring FAA approvals.

Qualifications
What is needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace) or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years at an engineering level or similar role in the industry.
Confirmed understanding of airline or OEM operations.
Knowledge of CFRs, airworthiness design criteria, and aircraft and equipment characteristics.
Ability to interpret complex engineering and OEM documents.
Highly detailed project development and management for regulatory compliance modifications.
Effective communication skills.
Familiarity with large retrofit projects
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Successful completion of the interview process.
Ability to travel 30-50% domestically and internationally.
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
Confirmed experience with general ATA Chapters or equivalent, spanning aircraft systems, structures, power plants, and avionics.
Electrical Load Analysis (ELA) experience at an airline.
