At Global Commercial Services we have started a Machine Learning journey that aims to create state of art ML solutions to transform GCS business. Global Commercial Services Technology AI CoE is seeking an Sr. ML Engineering to lead our New York ML team to deliver capabilities that will enable Commercial Platform Strategy. You'll work with product managers to build and transform prioritized business capabilities, provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and create best of breed experiences.
Responsibilities:
Function as senior member of an Agile team helping drive consistent development practices (tools, common components, and documentation)Working closely with other AI/ML teams, Data Scientists and Product Owners in analyzing business features and refining them to appropriately support design and build activitiesDevelop GCS ML Product & Platform Architecture working closely with technical architects and architecture governance teamsGet involved in technical development within GCS AI CoE use cases including architecture, design, develop ML models, create reusable ML artifacts, and performing needed testing of the AI/ML artifacts as neededSetup and lead the way in implementing Software development practices including but not limited to CI/CD Pipeline, ML Model deployments, exposing Model as a Service and more50- 70% of the time spent on coding and/or hands-on technical implementation of ML solutionsEnabling the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environmentsCombine Data Science and Engineering skills to solve interesting problems that directly and greatly impact millions of businesses worldwideHelp craft the direction of machine learning and artificial intelligence at AmExDrive Cross-functional collaboration with peer technology and product teams across the company to deliver high-impacting productsPromote use of new technologies & products to solve business needs and improve productivity
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Data Science and 12+ years of equivalent experience in related disciplinesExperience with design and development of AI/ML applicationsProven record of designing and developing AI/ML use cases and end-to-end ML products including data visualization and model fittingHands-on coding experience in Python or equivalent language and expertise in Big Data Technologies including Hive, Spark Preferred working experience in Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, MAPR (plus), NoSQL) and Machine Learning AlgorithmsSuccessful design, creation, and deployment of one or more enterprise-grade technology assets, including integration of cross-platform solutions in an Agile product environmentExperience with agile software development methodologies and practices such as Scrum/Kanban, iterations, user stories, PIExpertise in software engineering as well as software development methodologiesAbility to clearly communicate and collaborate well with technical and non-technical partnersAbility to drive code review and change review sessions to ensure changes are of acceptable qualityGood understanding of Change Management, Problem Management and Incident Management processes a plusDemonstrated experience in Agile development, DevOps, Ci/CD, application design, software development, and testing
Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
