Were looking for an engagement marketing specialist who can make an immediate impact on our team. In this role, you will combine your current knowledge of email marketing skills, in-product messaging and data operations to support our overall marketing initiatives. You will work with our fellow marketing rockstars all over the world, as well as cross-functionally across other departments for their messaging needs. You will be helping to provide strategic approaches on targeting, deployment times, coordinating global campaigns, and helping to reach our targets with efficient email and in-product messaging campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Create, schedule and deploy Email and In-Product Messages campaignsWork with stakeholders across company to ensure on-time asset delivery and campaign executionAid in list uploads, targeting, manage opt-out requests subscriber profile updatesQA all campaigns to ensure content, links, and copy are correctAssist in maintaining and managing Marketing databases (Email and In-Product Messages), ensuring data accuracy, integrity and compliance with data protection regulationsBuild, analyze, and communicate data and reports to business end-usersSupport optimizing performance through A/B testing, personalization, creative, and dynamic content managementAssist in documentation of internal best practices and process development documentation
Requirements:
2-4 years experience in email marketing or in-product messagingStrong working knowledge of HTML/CSSMUST have hands-on experience with Email Service Provider. (Eloqua or Marketo STRONGLY preferred)Excellent project management skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholdersExperience working cross-functionally with other teamsGood knowledge of CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulationsSalesforce, Eloqua, and Pendo experience preferredStrong data operations skillsAbility to work flexible hours when needed to
