　　 THE ROLE

　　1 、管理经销商，和经销商沟通谈判年度 / 季度 / 月度生意计划，完成公司 sellin&sellout 等生意目标；

　　2 负责天猫店铺（包含猫超）的销售计划制定、流量结构方案制定，与 TP 沟通执行完成店铺销售任务，对店铺行进日常运营、管理，并对销售结果负责 ；

　　3 、分析店铺数据：运营数据、商品数据、推广数据、用户数据；

　　4 、熟练运用天猫推广工具：包括直通车、钻展、淘客、自然搜索及其他免费 / 付费流量 与 TP 沟通执行推广任务完成既定的 ROI ，对日常运营问题有较好的处理手段以及调整能力；

　　5 、完成公司安排的其他新渠道（淘分销渠道）拓展；

　　 WHAT YOU'LL BRING

　　1 、具备美妆、个护行业经验优先；

　　2 、 3 年或以上电商平台店铺工作经验，天猫平台优先；

　　3 、精通天猫平台生态（包括并不限于天猫旗舰店、天猫超市、淘分销等），有分销客户资源为加分项；

　　4 、掌握数据分析能力，具备良好的分析与解决问题能力 ;

　　5 、高抗压能力，适应阶段性的高强度工作；
