Lead business planning for the regional organization. Support operational performance while maintaining prudence of financial control and asset protection. Responsible for business analysis, capital planning, budget forecasting, and financial preparation of the region. Develop and execute strategic business planning, organization and controls to lead standardized business improvements. Partner to plan and evaluate capital needs for development and expansion of the region. Create, implement and enhance consistent practices to ensure stable service delivery aligned with company initiatives and expectations.
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Prepare and oversee all business analysis, capital planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting analysis, monthly and quarterly.
Ensure proper financial controls are in place, including processing of accounts payable, accrual creation and other controls related to safeguarding assets.
Interface with and coordinate corporate audit services activity.
Responsible for budget, planning and forecasting and preparing the operating and capital budgets, ensuring consistent assumptions and methodologies are utilized across all management areas.
Approve operating and capital expenditures in accordance with the Delegation of Authority Policy and manage the region's operational expenses.
Partner with Supply Chain leadership to develop inventory usage analysis (including construction materials) and lost CPE analysis.
Ensure quality of construction information sent to IS, including addition of homes passed, status of serviceability, and other plant related information.
Oversight of Fleet and Facilities management across the region.
Develop standardized processes and procedures for CPE recovery efforts for losses driven by business process in Field Operations and Supply Chain.
Direct responsibility for managing process and controls for installation materials and construction materials (protocols for issuance, tracking, reporting).
Work cross-functionally with various levels throughout the organization to identify and drive value-added change, including process improvements, cost control, internal audit compliance, operational efficiencies, and customer experience improvements.

Demonstrated knowledge of budget preparation, variance analysis and strategic planning
Demonstrated knowledge of MIS and reporting systems
Knowledge in acquisition process
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in related field required
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Business analysis and planning experience - 10+
Financial control, budget and forecasting experience - 10+
Management accounting experience - 7+
Cable industry leadership experience - 7+
