What are the responsibilities and scope?
This role is responsible, in conjunction with the VP of HR, for driving and accelerating the Japan & Korea Operating Unit (OU) People Priorities as well as Coca-Cola Global People priorities. Consulting with the Operating Unit Leadership Team and Global Centre's of Excellence, this role will lead large scale OU effectiveness, engagement and change management of business critical initiatives. His/her areas of influence will also require partnership with the 6 Bottlers across Japan and Korea, influencing and driving change throughout the Coca-Cola System by bringing the bottlers and partners in this journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Development: You will lead, mentor and foster the capability development of a team of Strategic Business Partners, assisting in removing obstacles and improving the overall HR service model experience for managers and associates.
Strategic Planning: You will provide strategic leadership in developing and implementing key business priorities, aligning expectations with Senior Management, and driving change through a range of strategies.
Communication & Collaboration: In concert with the internal communications lead, you will develop and modify the OU Communications strategy, partnering with various teams, centers of expertise, and external stakeholders. You will also lead the transformation and influence our system partners including 6 Bottlers across Japan & Korea.
Experience
English is mandatoryDemonstrated mastery and experience with talent development, organizational design, and culture transformationProven track record in project management and change management.Business acumen with a blend of consultation and analytical capabilities to provide sound advice to business leaders and determine cultural and people implications of business strategies.Experience with measurement and evaluation methodology to monitor the impact of tools, processes or learning interventions on people metrics.
