  The Opportunity

  Your focus will be to grow our B2B Customer Journeys portfolio including the Adobe Marketo Engage franchise to a $1B business! You will also articulate a compelling vision for the next generation of B2B solutions on the Adobe Experience Platform.

  What You'll Do

  Build, own, and drive the successful execution of the roadmap for the market-leading Marketo Engage product family.

  Reimagine B2B Customer Journeys by building a new and exciting GenAI-powered application on Adobe Experience Platform that complements Marketo Engage.

  Work with design, product management, product marketing, and engineering teams across Adobe to bring the vision to fruition in ways that are long-lasting, cloud scalable, and reflect a deep sensitivity to customer needs.

  Drive a robust software development process that is agile, predictable, and focused on results. Bring a combination of critical thinking and pragmatic delivery to yield the best short term as well as long term results.

  Lead and build a team of high-impact Product Managers to drive excellence in experience and execution across the platform portfolio.

  Be on the lookout for strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities to bring more B2B marketing capabilities to Adobe.

  What You Need to Succeed

  15+ years of executive-level product management experience, with experience in enterprise-level B2B software applications.

  Experience understanding and delivering value generated from significant quantities of data.

  Understanding and experience with UX teams.

  Deep knowledge of customer experience needs in B2B, B2B2C, and B2C companies.

  Experience leading large teams across multiple geographies and functional areas (solutions, sales, marketing, engineering, professional services, and support).

  Executive presence working with customers, partners, C-staff and presenting at large conferences.

  Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $175,200 -- $371,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

  At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

  In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
