The Position:
We are looking for a Sr. Director of Product Design who will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of design initiatives at GameChanger. You will oversee a team of talented designers and design leaders to deliver delightful experiences that put users first and drive long-term business results. Reporting to the SVP of Product, you will partner closely with cross-functional leaders, including product, engineering, marketing, and partnerships, to unlock the disruptive power of design.
What You'll Do:
Develop and evangelize a clear design vision aligned with the company's business objectives.Effectively communicate design strategies, concepts, and decisions to executive leadership and other stakeholders.Lead the product design team in defining and executing design strategies that drive product innovation and differentiation.Nurture and scale a robust team of designers, building an environment conducive to their best work. Foster continuous professional development within the team by staying abreast of best practices, skills, and tools.Establish and enforce design guidelines and standards to maintain a consistent and cohesive design language across the GameChanger product experience.Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Partnerships department leaders to align user needs with business goals and drive the organizational strategy.Advocate for the value of design within the organization and promote a design-thinking culture.
Who You Are:
10+ years of experience designing user-centered mobile and web experiences for consumers with a successful track record of impacting business outcomes.5+ years of management experience, including experience leading design and research teams within a cross-functional organization.Deep expertise in user experience design, user interface design, interaction design, and design systems.Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.Extensive experience mentoring, coaching, and teaching the craft of design. Experience building and growing a team while maintaining a great culture and being willing and able to be hands-on as needed.A portfolio showcasing how you've led innovative and impactful design work.

The target salary range for this position is between $200,000 and $230,000. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammate pay regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay.
