The Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing + Digital – B2B Focus will be responsible for a portfolio of hotels with multi-branded platforms and independents while focusing on B2B Marketing to Business Travelers and Group Businesses across the Crescent portfolio.
We seek a leader who will work closely with our properties and regional leaders in Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations to make the best Marketing plan for each property. This leader will Strategize, Collaborate, Communicate, and Implement strategies and share results with our teams and Ownership Groups.
Location: This role is remote eligible anywhere in the country for highly qualified candidates.
Reports To: SVP of Integrated Marketing + Digital Solutions

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY
High-Degree of Digital Marketing & knowledge of Marketing within the hotel industry.
Ability to research market conditions, identify solutions, and share opportunities to grow revenues for both on-property and above-property leaders. Proactively making recommendations and implementing action plans to improve online presence, increase market share, Increase Marketing performance, Digital Audits, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Prepare and conduct presentations to internal and external customers, and Increase revenue generation along with other KPIs.
Lead Generation: Develop & execute Lead generation strategies to identify and engage potential B2B Marketing Opportunities for our portfolio.
Must have strong initiative – working with little supervision.
Will assist in transitioning new properties from a digital / marketing perspective into the Crescent Hotels & Resorts portfolio.
Coordinate and manage calls with each property in your region, applicable vendors, owners, and brands to share the digital strategy and measure results—experience presenting and providing recommendations for discussion to increase overall digital performance.
Business Case Development and strong Statistical Skills. This leader will participate, provide input recommendations, and share results during property Ownership Calls within their region.
Actively participate in the annual budgeting per company guidelines and directives. As requested, provide current and accurate financial information, ad hoc reporting, and executive overview of ownership and senior management.
Bring new Corp Initiatives to Crescent Hotels & Resorts and see initiatives from inception to roll out.
Coordinate photoshoots and implement new images for hotels following a photoshoot. Audit brand sites, vanity sites, OTAs, Social pages, review sites, etc., for old pictures and request removal and replacement with updated images as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
At least three years of experience in a measurable role dealing with Multi-Property Hotel Marketing.
Excellent Computer and Communication Skills and proficiency in Multi-Channel Analytics, Integrated Planning, Content Marketing, Campaign Creation, and optimization with PPC, Paid Media, Search Engine Optimization, social media, Email Marketing, Digital Marketing Tools and Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite is a Plus.
Get it done attitude with a willingness to work additional hours if unexpected projects or tight deadlines require it. Remain positive and resourceful and possess the ability to succeed in a constantly changing team atmosphere, multitask & self-motivate while staying organized in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure.
Represents Crescent Hotels & Resorts while visiting properties, ownership meetings, and industry events.
Must be willing and able to travel as needed.
For applicants who will be working in New York, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $115-136k; for applicants who will be working in NYC, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $124-147k; for applicants who will be working in Colorado, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $111-131k; for applicants who will be working in Washington, the anticipated compensation range is $117-138k; for applicants who will be working in California, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $123-145k. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, work location, etc. Crescent Hotels is a multi-state employer and the salary ranges indicated herein may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
