ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Director, Generics Lead will be responsible for Pfizer US Hospital Sterile Injectables $1.2B exclusive and multisource portfolio. He/she will manage a team of four direct reports.
He/she will be responsible for driving revenue /margin growth for the generics portfolio and will be instrumental in overseeing activities for annual operating plan and latest estimates. He/she will also lead pan-portfolio strategic initiatives and manage OPEX.
A key focus of this role will be to work with the VP, US Hospital SINJ and US Marketing Portfolio team members to develop key programs and initiatives to grow and manage the business. Additionally, this leader must have excellent communication and collaboration skills as they will interface and drive initiatives with senior leadership, sales, manufacturing, legal, regulatory, commercial contracting, national accounts, finance, and operations.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead generics portfolio activities for the annual operating plan, latest estimates, risks and opportunities, quarter close activitiesLead efforts across portfolio and with Sales and Account Management on developing, implementing, and monitoring quarterly revenue generating activities and programsOversee contributions to dashboards and Portfolio monthly highlightsLeadership of pan-portfolio strategic initiatives, including business development opportunity evaluation, playbook development (e.g., allocation), E&O optimization and management.Work with Sales and Account Management to identify strategies and develop and leverage tools to drive molecule value with organized customers (Hospital, Alternate Site, and integrated delivery networks)Partner with Customer Engagement & New Business Planning and Account Management on supply program management continuous improvement.OPEX management, including marketing/market research funding, freight, accrual process
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business, science or related fieldMinimum of 10 years in marketing, sales, contracting, finance, and/or relevant experienceMarket Access experience, contracting with GPOs and IDNs, working with Trade (wholesalers and distributors)Pricing analysis and determination, particularly with GPOsP&L responsibilityForecastingOperating plan/latest estimate experienceUS experienceProduct/portfolio valuation, business case development, project management, product forecasting, cost of goods sold, pricing successes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MBA or Master's degree preferredExperience with pharmaceutical products in hospital, alternate site, and/or IDN or acute care center environmentBusiness case development experience

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $199,500.00 to $332,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 25.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $179,500.00 to $299,100.00.
