What You'll Do:
As an active part of the Global Business Finance leadership team, this person will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and be responsible for the company's long range planning, Financial Analytics and will support strategic projects. This person will :
Lead the strategic long range financial planning process, working cross functionally and with senior management.
Determine and develop reporting for business drivers affecting top line ARR and revenue as well as costs/expenses. Adjust drivers and future expectations based on trends and working with business leaders.
Collaborate with different departments to integrate financial strategy with operational and business planning.
Oversee comprehensive financial analysis activities to guide business decisions.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in financial analytics technologies and methodologies relevant to the software industry.
Lead Finance Analytics team comprised of 2-4 finance professionals, as well as providing leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Collaborate with IT and data science teams to enhance our financial data infrastructure, ensuring the integration of real-time data analytics.
Drive innovation in financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and provide deeper insights.
Foster a data-driven culture within the finance team, emphasizing the importance of analytics in all aspects of financial planning and decision-making.
Act as the primary finance partner for major cross-functional projects
Lead financial modelling, reviewing financials with management, ensure financial discipline and viability.
Regularly present strategic plans, financial analyses, and project updates to senior leaders, providing insightful recommendations for decision-making utilizing data visualization and analytics tools
Who You'll Work With
You will report into the Senior VP of Finance, Global Business Finance and FP&A and will be an active part of the Global Business Finance leadership team and will also lead a team of 2-4 analytics professionals to help guide our Financial Analytics strategy.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or Master's in a relevant field is highly preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of finance experience in the software or technology sector, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Strong Proven expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, financial modeling, predictive analytics, and data visualization, and project management.
