The Senior Director, Asset Strategy role is a strategic thought-leadership role that requires strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities to drive sizable, complex, cross functional results.

　　This role requires a broad understanding of the Walmart US business with specific focus on our Capital and Digital investments and strategic choices fueling our growth. A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with the executive leadership team across Product, People, and Technology and leading transformation around the way we do business case modeling in Walmart. This is a unique role that combines execution, transformation, and creative thinking to drive impactful change within WM US.

　　Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 8 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.MBA highly preferred7+ years of Finance, Planning, Business Management experience4+ years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects4+ years of team leadership experienceExperience working in a large, complex, matrixed organizationExperience in Retail, Merchandising Planning and / or FinanceExperience working in Fortune 100 financeStrong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlinesStrong influencing and interpersonal skillsDetail and results-oriented with sense of urgencyComfort with ambiguity
