Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Technology, the SeniorDirector Enterprise Architecture will oversee the planning, development,and maintenance of the IT Organization enterprise architecture strategy.They will ensure that solutions, technologies, and shared capabilitiesare in line with standards, business needs, and long-term strategies.

Defines business capability models, reference architectures,business / technology roadmaps, and associated artifacts.Leads collaborative architectural governance processes to alignsolution development with defined architectures.Leads the creation of architecturally significant solution designsand pattern documentation to meet business and technology goals.Keeps up-to-date on new methodologies, technologies, standards,protocols and tools in areas relevant to the rapidly changing ITenvironment.Develops future state architectural blueprints to provide directionfor development.Inputs into Technology Roadmap and ensures that necessarytechnologies & capabilities are available.Integrates application, data, service and other architecture views.Ability to resolve inconsistencies between architecture models(geographical or functional)Communicates and educates about architecture value and principles toensure org wide understanding of roadmap.Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree and at least fifteen (12) or more years of ITarchitecture experience in a fast-paced, corporate officeenvironment. Consumer Product Good experience preferred.Global leadership experience working in IT roles, with experience inroles with a strategic focus.Strong thought leadership and management skills.Extensive experience developing roadmaps, reference architectures,and capability models using proven methodologies and frameworks.Ability to integrate technical solutions with business requirementsto ensure execution of business strategy.Proven track record of developing leaders and creating highfunctioning teams.Experience with an organization undergoing a significanttransformation effort, including modernizing applications andimplementing new systems, products and advanced technologies.Significant technical expertise in distributed systems, hosted /cloud infrastructures, enterprise architecture, data, security.Capacity to think strategically and creatively to identify issuesand develop long-term solutions.Comfortable working through ambiguity or uncertainty and able toadjust to evolving priorities and usiness needs in a rapid-movingenvironment.Effective communication skills to translate complex documents andtechnical matters to stakeholders and non-technical leaders.Industry-Competitive Benefits
