The individual will lead the Corporate Data Strategy and Analytics team. The team provides strategic leadership and thought partnership on data-related topics across Edwards. The team additionally provides differentiated data analysis to support the company's commercial and strategic efforts with capabilities spanning national-level / disease-state to account- and physician-level insights.
How you will make an impact:
Identify and prioritize big data use cases (patient journey, population sizing and segmentation, select system-level analysis) in collaboration with Business Units (BUs), regions, functionsIdentify data-related strategic initiatives for further exploration, potentially leading cross-functional teams to lead these initiativesIdentify required data sources and manage vendor relationshipsLead team of data scientists and analysts to execute prioritized analyses and manage organization-wide disease-state modelEffectively communicate findings to senior-level stakeholders
What you'll need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree in a scientific, technical, business or quantitative fieldMinimum 14 years of work experience or Master's Degree in a scientific, technical, business or quantitative field with minimum 12 years of work experienceSubstantial familiarity with big data analysis and leadership of big data projects

For California, the base pay range for this position is $184,000 to $261,000 (highly experienced).
The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
