What You'll Do:
Lead the development of an agency holding group and/or independent agency portfolio as a senior strategic advisor, providing best-in-class client services based on TTD's vision and values.Responsible for growing your book of business through strategic cross selling and upselling opportunities by understanding the core client business needs.Represent the most strategic relationships with The Trade Desk's largest clients within your portfolio, providing strategic oversight to your portfolio of accounts, participating in key client meetings while maintaining relationships with senior leaders and decision makers across brands and their corresponding agencies.Work collectively with Business Development to cultivate your accounts Develop trusting and productive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.Demonstrating the value of The Trade Desk to clients by providing innovative solutions that meet the clients' needs and our business goals.Manage, motivate and empower a cross functional team (AM's & Traders) to drive consistent YoY account growth, overseeing their day-to-day management, motivating the team by setting clear expectations, developing career path plans, providing constructive feedback, managing bandwidth and maintaining a high level of performance from the team, reporting progress against goals to management.Participate in product road map build out discussions based on client needs with senior leadership, product, & engineeringCommunicate effectively with other functional leaders (product, marketing, inventory, partnership team) by solving business challenges together, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation. Maintain strong cross-pod relationships to support horizonal centre of excellence across account management and traders.
Who you are:
An effective and experienced senior leader who is skilled in building and nurturing client relationships while also leading teams and developing talent.We are looking for an individual possessing excellent communication, strategic thinking and leadership skills to serve as a player-coach across a portfolio of accounts.Your duties will involve both managing relationships with clients and leading a team of Account Managers and Traders.Extensive experience within the digital and programmatic industry in a client focused role.Experience establishing longstanding, consultative client relationships.Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive team and industry groups.Experience at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, DSP, or other online advertising role.Proven track record of driving and exceeding revenue growth with large customer accounts. Strong management and leadership skills through a collaborative team approach.A sense of maturity and ability to see the larger picture when making internal and external decisions and coaching your team to do the same.Repeatedly and consistently demonstrates confidence and good judgment in ambiguous situations, is experienced in diffusing difficult situations, and has a proven track record of resolving conflict.Existing relationships at major holding companies a plus. Execute, and coach others to execute, timely in fast-paced environment through effective time management and prioritisation skills.Ambition to develop personally and nurture the development of others.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
