What You'll Do Play a key role in our Turkiye talent marketing team which is focused on attracting talented professionals to meet the fast growth and hiring demand of our business. You will have the opportunity to get creative in building our local brand in Turkiye, to attract all levels of technology talent Work closely with our stakeholders in the Global Marketing team and the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate our marketing efforts by filling up digital marketing briefs and coordinating the processes Reporting to the Marketing Lead in Turkiye, you will support, influence, and provide expertise in all our employer branding efforts Manage digital marketing operations with a focus on paid and unpaid channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Ads etc., campaign setup and optimization, audience strategy, creative briefing) Generate leads in the form of registrations and applications for our various technology events and hiring campaigns Optimize and A/B test our marketing campaigns and channel performance; create action plans to improve results Create dashboards in Looker Studio or other BI tools, analyze and report the results and effectiveness of our marketing initiatives Meet with Recruiters and other internal stakeholders to identify new promotional opportunities Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in the tech advertising industry, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to the team What You Have
4+ years of experience in digital marketing Good communication skills in English Strong understanding of performance marketing channels and experience optimizing campaigns by relevant KPIs such as CPA, CPL, ROI etc Paid Advertising Management: Set up and monitor paid ad campaigns on platforms like Meta and Linkedin. Knowledge and hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager Analytics and Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and GA Analytics to analyze and interpret campaign data. Adjust based on conversion rates and campaign analytics. Deliver reports on the performance of our campaigns.
