Computershare has an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Senior Digital Channel Manager to join our Issuer Services team.
Our channels are the primary vehicle for our investors and issuers to access our products and services. They offer our revenue opportunities, influence our cost to serve, and ultimately define our customers' experience and their subsequent impression of our brand. Our Channel Strategy function consists of a global team of industry experts who are dedicated to bringing innovative and digital first solutions to market.
A role you will love
As the Senior Digital Channel Manager, you will be responsible for the creation of roadmaps and managing our existing Channels and acting as a product owner for our delivery teams to identify, develop and implement new features. You'll also partner closely with our stakeholders to ensure a long-term vision and roadmap for our Channels is defined and that key initiatives are communicated to our relevant stakeholders. The utilization of our Channels is a key success criterion for this role, and you will identify opportunities to optimize our Channels to ensure growth in utilization, delivery of our products and services alongside lowering of our cost to serve.
Other key responsibilities include:
Maintaining a deep understanding of our Channel's components alongside info security, compliance and regularity frameworks across our jurisdictionsCreating roadmaps for key Channels (web and mobile app)Evaluating market and adjacent industriesWorking closely with operations to drive self-serve, digitization and straight through processing and identify other opportunities to lower our cost to serve Staying abreast of regulatory changes in each market that could impact our ChannelsContinually gather and analyze data and business intelligence from multiple sources and use this data to inform the creation of your Channel roadmapsCreating proposals and/or mission statements for existing and new channels detailing feature/function uplight and its potential impact on our operation as a wholeCreation of business case, including financial/usage forecasting and ROI metrics where applicableProviding monthly reporting to our executive team on our portfolio and progress against goalsProviding regular updates to key stakeholdersDeveloping a knowledge base to ensure Channel capabilities are captured, maintained and easily accessible by internal usersSupporting and mentoring team members to ensure knowledge and skills are shared and transferred
What will you bring to the role?
You have a true passion for identifying customer needs and driving change. You excel at influencing, motivating, and cooperating to achieve desired outcomes and are effective at managing multiple projects simultaneously. You enjoy collaboration, building relationships and have excellent communication skills.
You'll also bring:
3+ years' of digital product experience including expert knowledge in digital channels and digital transformation initiativesExperience in financial services, technology and/or professional services sector, providing strategic ownership for one or more complex products and servicesExperience in the identification and development of new products and servicesExperience in the ongoing management and maintenance of existing services, including testing, implementation and trainingProven ability to collaborate amongst business unitsProven ability to validate technology solutions from concept to productionDemonstrated experience in leading transformational projects with measurable outcomes

Experience in Customer and Relationship ManagementExperience in the successful establishment and implementation of new product development initiatives with associated engagement models, tools and practicesStrong knowledge in Agile Software Development TechniquesLeadership Experience

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $125,000 - $186,000 USD. This base pay range is specific to New York and New Jersey and may not be applicable to all locations.
