The Senior IT Product Owner manages and communicates the vision and roadmap for products to an Agile delivery team and are aligned with IT standards and strategy. The Senior IT Product Owner work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior IT Product Owner represents the voice of the customer to the team. Owns the articulation and prioritization of backlog in small increments of value that can be delivered in short iterations. Drives value to the business by building and maintaining a product backlog in collaboration with stakeholder and delivery teams. Contributes to shaping the product direction, creating the feature(s), writing user stories, and innovation. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. This Product Owner will help driving outcomes around Salesforce DevOps & Mainframe DevOps workstreams as well as help establishing a positive experience for Engineers using tools and frameworks supported under Engineering Tools workstream. This individual will have product ownership over tools and platforms, my team supports for our IT engineers.

Required Qualifications
5 or more years of experience in managing workload for technical teams.Responsible for shaping up roadmaps.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel.Experience with software developmentMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.Experience with working in Agile or SAFe methodology or bothDemonstrated ability running large scale projects.Proven ability to drive Program Increments, collaboration with various stakeholders.Efficient in managing backlogs and driving Agile ceremonies.Drive Open Office sessions for community and bring in valuable customer feedback for betterment of products/tools we support.Effective collaboration with other Product owners to keep roadmaps in sync.Excellent reporting skillsExperience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructureExperience with analyzing large quantities of data to derive decisions.Certified SAFe practitioner, Scrum Master, Technology Background
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability running large scale projects.Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalentExperience with technology solutions assessments and/or strategy planning oversight

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$102,200 - $140,675
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
