Zendesk is looking for a motivated Devops Engineer to join our team.

As a Devops Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, creating and optimizing our application architecture and infrastructure, improving CI/CD flows and securing our environment.
What you'll be doing?
Work with the development team to plan and optimize the application infrastructure for our WFM solutionsCreate and setup tools that improve our continuous integration and delivery flowMonitor GCP & AWS Projects to identify areas where we can improve performance, stability and scalabilityIdentify areas for cost optimization and plan accordinglyUse APM tools to analyze application performance and identify areas of improvementIn the event of downtime: Be available to correct the issuePerform Root Cause Analysis investigation to share with our customers and internallyWork along with our IT personnel and make recommendations / assist with improving our infrastructureUnderstand how other departments work, and act as an enabler in the integration between the engineering team and outside teams, aligning objectives and achieving common goals
What will you bring to the team?
3+ years of experience in a DevOps/Cloud Engineer roleExperience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentGood communication and interpersonal skills, being able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Orchestration of different services using GCP & AWSKnowledge and experience managing Docker and KubernetesStrong familiarity with Git distributed version control systemStrong familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code using tools like TerraformExperience in database systemsFamiliarity with monitoring and central logging technologies (For example ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)Analytical skills for debugging and optimizing cloud infrastructureExperience working in a SaaS environmentExperience with GCP is a bonus

The Poland annualized base salary range for this position is zł198,000.00-zł340,000.00. Please note that while the salary range represents the minimum and maximum base salary rate for this position, the actual compensation offered will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives that will be communicated during the offer stage.
