About the Role:
Global Financial Crimes Technology is searching for an experienced leader who can influence across multiple stakeholder groups and solve complex problems with innovative risk, control, and technology solutions. Lead large scale programs/projects with multi-discipline project team members. Ensure accurate and transparent program/project status reporting in the form of written reports, system of record updates, live meetings with all levels of personnel. 10+ years of implementing multiple large scale technology projects. Ability to act as a liaison between audit, risk, technology, and line of business teams, including senior and executive leaders. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Proven ability to communicate complex topics and translate between business and IT stakeholders through verbal, written, and visual mediums. Communicates, influences, and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources. Manages to timelines and communicates project status within matrix management environment. Build positive give and take relationships with stakeholders. Use the right questions and tools to uncover root causes to business challenges, identify opportunities, and make recommendations.
This job is responsible for planning, coordinating, and execution of technology testing program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include building technology testing programs, executing technology testing programs, communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks and compliance. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.
Responsibilities:
Leads and coordinates data quality testing and routines to support delivery of large technology programs, such as control testing, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
Subject matter expertise of data and records management, related enterprise governance program, and the associated risks and controls
Executes quality assurance (QA) reviews of core technology activities i.e. technology controls, incidents, JIRA tickets, issues remediation, change management, and other special projects
Uses sound analytical skills and possesses product, business and technical expertise to execute QA reviews
Assesses impacts to processes, controls, and strategies to provide recommendations on technology documentation, and escalate broad themes or trends accordingly based on existing technical knowledge
Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Audit, Compliance, and Risk
Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders
Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule
Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
Manages program financials and supports resource planning
Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
Required Qualifications
10+ years of applicable experience with technology Testing, Program, and/or Project Management
Minimum 5 years of audit experience in Audit or Risk/Control Management areas in financial services industry
Expert knowledge and experience (SQL, Alteryx, Advanced Excel)
Experience with resolving regulatory issues
Experience building Data Control Testing programs
Practical knowledge of BAC Change Management policies
Practical knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall Methodologies
Excellent Communication (written and oral)
Desired Qualifications

PMMT, PCM experience, PPRT experience
Knowledge of Bank of America business processes and application systems
