JOB TITLE: Senior Data Integrations Analyst

REPORTS TO: Lead Data Integrations Analyst
JOB DUTIES:
Responsible for building end-to-end solutions and understanding of data transformation as it flows through key business processes and supporting development of enterprise software of company’s product suite.
Perform design mappings (extracting, transforming and loading data) and ETL transformations from a variety of data formats to include JSON, XML, BSON, CSV, TXT, and EDI and structure into enterprise-scale databases.
Collaborate with Project Managers to manage scope, customer expectations, technical requirements, and provide input into the project plan by identification of risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
Collaborate and support internal stakeholders to develop acceptance criteria and a plan to facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure that the solution meets business needs.
Analyze, design, optimize, and enhance EDI applications in various formats that include standard HIPAA Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) 278, 834, 837 and other proprietary formats.
Initiate, conduct and facilitate discussions with multiple stakeholders, and translate the results, document and communicate requirements and issues to the TechOps and Engineering Teams.
Perform technical analysis, query databases and do data mining in various modules in GuidingCare.
Provide the global Product Support Team with guidance and technical knowledge on reported issues.
Document and maintain the APIs (Application Programming Interface) and help the clients to implement these interfaces.
Analyze issues in API calls that include various error codes in 4xx series and business logic validation.
Communicate and collaborate with clients for any issues/enhancements associated with data integrations.
Maintain data integration documentation and process flow of all data interfaces.
Work with the Product Managers to map detailed technical requirements to key strategic business goals related to the product roadmap.
Provide input into the definition and management of technical project plans.
Provide training, internal and external (client), relative to Altruista Health data integration solutions and operational procedures; acts as a mentor to newly hired Altruista Health employees.
Provide feedback of storage infrastructure and application designs to ensure they are aligned with business requirements.
Provide input to the global QA Team’s test strategy and approach to ensure that the designed solutions satisfy the business requirements.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Master of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field (foreign equivalent is acceptable) plus 1 year of employment experience in data analysis and data management.
Employment experience must include:
A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated employment experience in SQL Server, MySQL, Python, and JavaScript.
A minimum of 1 year of demonsrated employment experience preparing business requirements documents and designing workflows.
A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated employment experience formulating key performance indicators (KPI’s).
A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated employment experience preparing SQL queries.
A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated employment experience documenting API structure for various APIs.
