What you will do-
Maintain direct contact with customers before and/or after the saleSupports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s)Work with various departments to meet maintenance services sales goalsWork with customers and/or distributors to receive accurate account of equipment failures and provides reports to managementFocus of work may be in pre-sale or post-sales or bothPre-sale: Responds to customer inquiries to determine appropriate product literature and pricing schedules; influences production and shipping schedules; recommends price changes based on company/customer relationship; recognizes new business opportunitiesPost-sale: Responds to customer inquiries (RMA, status, delivery, etc.)Resolve production scheduling and shipping or invoicing problems; determine validity of warranty claims and schedules repair resources; change production and shipping schedules; and recognize add-on business opportunities
What you need-
High School diploma - prefer Associates Degree or equivalent work experienceValid drivers license and good driving record3 years customer or account management experience - preferredDemonstrated knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfactionDemonstrated computer skills (e.g. ERP systems, Outlook, Access, Excel and Word)Demonstrated accuracy in data entry and report generationPrefer demonstrated knowledge of the medical implant industry and hospital customer baseMust have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs
