Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Email Analyst to join our team to work on a global level and be part of a growing team. The candidate will report to the Sr. Manager of CRM and Email and will be responsible for coding and executing emails, performing segmentation, building campaigns in the email platform, and ensuring that all emails are quality assured. The Email Campaign analyst will also be responsible for the end-to-end management of some email programs, ensuring that the programs are optimized via A/B testing, segmentation, and other tactics, and drive incremental business. An ideal candidate will show initiative, have an analytical approach to problem-solving, and constantly seek campaign improvement opportunities. The successful candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of best email marketing practices, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Own execution and on-time delivery of complex, highly dynamic email campaigns.Segment and target email campaigns to ensure flawless execution.Develop one-off and automated messages, ensuring they adhere to industry best practices and are optimized for deliverability, mobile rendering, open rates, etc.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues before deployment.Ensure messages are in line with the brand vision and guidelines.Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to email and integrated marketing.Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and engagement.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
Experience/Skills:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in email development.Develop and code responsive email templates using HTML, CSS, and other programming languages as needed.Experience with CheetahMail or other enterprise-level ESP experience is a plus.Understand mobile rendering and optimization.Ability to collaborate and build relationships across different groups.Technically savvy and able to learn new concepts and software applications quickly.Excellent attention to detail, effective time management, and organization skills.Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple deadline-oriented projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Preferred experience in the travel industry.Excellent inter-personal skills, including ability to work well across global teams
Technical Skills:
4+ years of experience in email marketingSolid understanding of web metrics, email analytics, and ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.Demonstrated skills with Excel (i.e. formulas, pivot tables, formatting, et al).Experience building campaigns within enterprise-level marketing platforms such as Cheetah Digital, ExactTarget, Responsys, etc. is required.Familiarity with email rendering issues across different email clients and devices.College degree required
