　　Serves as a strategic counselor to senior leadership to deliver content and message that drives and aligns with company objectivesPlay a critical role in driving and executing effective communication strategies for ZSers in IndiaCreate and strategically execute engaging content for internal and external channels, such as internal newsletters, the intranet, digital signage, town hall meetings, videos, social media, website copy, email copy, and moreEnsure consistency of messaging, and brand voice and tone across all internal communications between the India offices and globallyWork with senior leadership to establish communication priorities, strategize on future initiatives, advise on best practices and support their communication platformsHelp ensure leadership is attuned to the voice of our ZS people Partner with Human Resources and other enabling functions to strengthen employee engagement and support communication needsAdvocate for the appropriate communication channel and tools depending upon the message, audience and purpose and bring forward innovative, best practice strategiesTrack, measure, and present the effectiveness of internal communications strategy and drive specific strategies to improve effectiveness and impact
