Position Summary:
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Coordinator to join our team! As the NEJE Premium Billing Senior Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our NEJE Premium Billing department. This position demands a professional adept in managing diverse aspects of premium billing operations, including member inquiries, payment plan management, member statement processing, and support for good cause reinstatements. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of billing processes, overseeing the handling of complex financial tasks such as invoice validations, and supporting autopay processes. The role requires a blend of strong financial acumen, adaptability, and excellent communication skills, making you a pivotal member of our team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Member Inquiry: Efficiently manage member-related tasks, including resolving Enrollment Issues, conducting invoice validations, Invalid Balance Research, and reviewing premium billing correspondence. Contribute to daily task metrics reporting.Payment Plan Management: Oversee the entire payment plan process, ensuring empathetic and thorough handling of plans, addressing any issues or adjustments.Member Statement Processing: Own the end-to-end process of member statement handling, including processing daily requests and generating statement letters in collaboration with external vendors.NEJE Good Cause Support: Actively participate in processing good cause reinstatements, quality checking case notes, generating letters, and reinstating members through our established process.Monthly Invoicing Proof Review: Conduct assigned monthly proof reviews and provide backup support to ensure accuracy and consistency in invoicing.Autopay Support: Learn and support SSA/EFT/RCD autopay processes, gradually taking on various aspects of these operations to develop proficiency in managing and executing these tasks.Required Qualifications:2+ years of experience in finance, billing, or a healthcare related field, with a focus on accounts receivable, billing, payment applications, database management, and reconciliation.Preferred Qualifications:Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables for financial data analysis.Initiative and Independence: Self-motivated with the ability to persistently complete tasks and provide updates following initial instructions.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in complex operational and financial contexts.Data Analysis: Experience in reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of large data sets.Database Proficiency: Moderate experience with Access databases, including running established queries and developing simple queries.Adaptability and Expertise: Proven ability to rapidly assimilate new information and develop expertise, serving as a knowledgeable resource within the department and organization.Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication, including familiarity with MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.Organizational Navigation: Demonstrated capability to interact and manage through various levels of the organization.Operational Efficiency: Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.Education:High Diploma or GEDBusiness Overview

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $34.60
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
