Your role
In the role of a Senior Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, implementation, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Responsibilities You will be responsible for end-to-end Implementation of Oracle HCM cloud for our client with Oracle Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, Learn, Compensation, Absence, Time &Labor and HR Help Desk modules. You will be responsible for requirement gathering, CRP workshops, design, configuration, fast formula writing, testing, parallel payroll run strategy and execution To perform these responsibilities, you must have had an experience of at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Payroll cloud implementation for UK customers Required Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. 8+ Years of experience in implementation of Oracle ERP/Oracle SaaS applications Strong Oracle Functional expertise and industry Experience Services/EPC organizations Must have implementation experience with a deep understanding of HCM processes and Oracle Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, Learn, Compensation, Absence, Time &Labor and HR Help Desk modules. Experience in capturing functional and non-functional requirements. Must have implementation experience with a deep understanding of Oracle Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, Learn, Compensation, Absence, Time &Labor and HR Help Desk modules. Required to have at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle HR modules. Ability to configure the Oracle HCM Modules to meet business requirements and document application set-ups. Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements, and analysis, prepare functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions. Good Knowledge about oracle cloud strategy on handling Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces and Reports with 3party applications like ADP. Solid understanding of Agile Implementation methodology and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.) Identify functionality gaps and supporting the development of solutions for them. Excellent communication skills adapt in business interaction and understanding business applications. Preferred Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and integration with other modules like Project Portfolio Management, Finance is preferred. Able to provide best possible design solution to client for their payroll requirements. Experience in creating BI reports and HCM reconciliation related activities. Responsible for making sure that conversion is successful by reconciling the HCM cloud data across legacy system and Oracle HCM cloud modules.
