West Monroe is currently seeking a Senior Consultant, nCino to join our Customer Solutions practice. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, helping design solutions, and implementing configurations within nCino.
Responsibilities:
Client Delivery
Serve as a nCino Senior Business Analyst responsible for design and configuration of the nCino LOS solution. Help facilitate nCino LOS requirement gathering workshops and elicit client business requirements for the end to end commercial lending workflow and document findings Lead nCino LOS functional design sessions from the identified user stories/requirements and provide input for solution design alternatives and document findings Perform gap analysis between standard nCino functionality and client’s requirements and provide design alternatives for evaluation and document findings Perform nCino LOS configuration per the defined requirements and solution design Facilitate unit, system and end-user testing Collaborate with development teams to help drive the design, build and testing nCino LOS custom features. Mentor and provide subject matter guidance to teams of Consultants
People and Practice Development
Identify strengths and issues; drive and develop better behavior to create strong consultants Drive the development and enhancement of WMP’s methodologies and approaches to client delivery and provide thought leadership for internal practice development Coach other consultants and participate actively in the performance expectation process Business Development
Participate in business development with prospective clients including solution definition, pre-sales, estimating, and project planning Present solutions and proposals to clients and prospects Understand business needs and requirements and help turn those goals into tangible deliverables including projects and detailed proposals, requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports and project plans Qualifications:
3+ years of experience working for a consulting firm or a professional services division of a software company in a business analyst/consulting role Experienced candidates must have at least 1-3 years of hands-on configuration experience working on the nCino platform Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform Proficient at leading requirements and design sessions for client stakeholders across the commercial loan origination lifecycle Proficient at managing status, timeline, and risks at the program or workstream level Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation and written communication skills Ability to work well with people including project stakeholders and project team members Ability to work both independently and within a team environment backed up by strong communication skills Ability to travel to client-site 25-35% #LI-HYBRID
Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of one year of employment.
