　　Humana Healthy Horizons is seeking a Senior Compliance Professional who ensures compliance with governmental requirements as they relate to Medicaid State reporting. The Senior Compliance Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

　　Researches compliance issues and recommends changes that assure compliance with contract obligationsMaintains relationships with government agenciesCoordinates implementation and compliance with corrective action plans, as neededBegins to influence department's strategy Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project componentsManaging state reporting for assigned Medicaid market(s) (contracts and gathering data for reports)

　　Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Work Experience (5+ years of healthcare, insurance, or financial services experience)3 or more years of Compliance and/or project/process management experienceAbility to work in a deadline-driven organizationAbility to manage multiple projects/assignments while working with various departments to obtain dataComprehensive working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPointStrong attention to detailSuccess in developing and managing working relationships within a highly matrixed business environment

　　The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

　　$84,600 - $116,300 per year

　　This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
